Problem trying to access through net cable

Hi, just a quick question.
We have a couple of Barco LED walls installed on a client's building and we received a Dataprobe iBootBar iBB-2C10 with the original pack to distribute the energy through the walls.
Unfortunately the client had some serious electrical issues during a storm, there was a power cut, and when the light came back the iBootBar was not working anymore.
We verified that it was receiving energy from the electrical system but nothing is coming out to distribute it to the led walls.
We tried to access through IP but the Ethernet cable is not getting any signal from the bar.
Any suggestions?

The iBootBar line of power strips have circuit breakers for the input power cords. If these are "out" push them back in and the unit may start to work. The iBB-2C20 will have 2 of them located on the rear of the unit. (1 per power cord)

If they are "in" and the LED's for power are on, but you can still not communicate, contact technical support as it sounds like the unit may be broken.
