If you manage a network with hundreds or thousands of sites, every second of downtime costs you serious amounts of dollars. Our solutions are optimized to help you deploy and manage large scale installations around the world and keep them running with minimal downtime.
Clear Status and Easy Control
Power Distribution Units with clear easy to use web interface. This rack mounted PDU makes it easy to manage A/C power from any location. This is a switched and managed PDU, each outlet is independently controlled.
The web page presents a clear status indication of each outlet, current draw across all inputs and the AutoPing monitoring, if implemented. Multiple PDUs can be managed from a single web page.
Each outlet on this PDU can be individually selected, or multiple outlets can be simultaneously operated. User selectable cycle timer allows single command reboot. Delay timer limits inrush current by staggering power up when multiple devices are simultaneously controlled.
Test – Trigger – Action
Monitor critical parameters and take corrective action immediately. Build complex notification and reporting for environmental, power and network faults. Set trigger points and create sequences of responses to keep your network up and running.
Free Single Sign-on Service
iBoot Cloud Service (iBCS) allows customers with this PDU to access and control multiple units in multiple locations from a single portal with a single sign-on.
iBCS will not only make using the PDU easier, by consolidating all units into one sign-on and interface, it will also enhance the number of situations where a switched PDU can be deployed.
Easy Install to Router
Perfect for Existing Installations
Models in the new PDU S Series have a built-in 1 Gig Ethernet Switch Integrated in.
Get the managed power you need without an unnecessary cable run to the wiring closet. PDU S Series models with the integrated 1G network switch make it easy to add managed power to your existing installation. Perfect for digital signage, kiosks and telemetry systems in those hard to reach areas. Putting these managed PDUs in-line between the router and the server makes it easy to test both and reboot automatically.
Clean web page design makes it easy to see the status and control power to any outlet. History log shows the last 5 events. Adaptive mobile pages make it easy to make that quick reboot from you smartphone while on the go.
Dataprobe Remote Reboot products are UL Listed. This means they are tested by Underwriters Labratories and Certified to meet their exacting standards. It also means that the tests conducted are appropriate for the type of device under test. Only devices that are tested and pass all the tests conducted by UL can apply the UL label.
The iBoot-PDU series is designed to provide power distribution and remote power control. Each iBoot-PDU allows four or eight outlets to be independently switched on and off for reboot, energy management and security. The iBoot-PDU has many features to make the management of power distribution simple and cost effective:
Simple web browser interface is easy to use and provides complete status information and control of the outlets, and groups.
Simplify network wiring and reduce home runs to the router. This two port passive switch makes it easy to add remote power management to existing installations.
Telnet and serial access use the same Command Line Interface (CLI) structure and syntax to completely configure the iBoot-PDU, or multiple iBoot-PDUs in a cluster configuration.
Multiple users can be assigned administrator or user only rights, plus access to specific outlets and groups. Users only see the outlets and groups they are assigned to.
Multiple outlets, across multiple iBoot-PDUs in clustered configurations can be linked together in named groups and managed together. This allows for example, power cycling all devices of a certain type together.
Additional iBoot-PDUs can be managed from a single unit. One master iBoot-PDU provides the communication to the users and continuously receives status information from the rest of the iBoot-PDUs in the cluster. Groups can be created across multiple PDUs and controlled simultaneously.
The iBoot-PDU can monitor voltage, current and temperature to provide automatic response to the physical environment. AutoPing testing monitors network elements. Program complex sequences of outlet actions and notifications to respond instantly to out of normal situations. Temperature monitoring requires add-on probe.
Set automatic power actions based on your schedule. Restart systems every day to reduce memory bloat. Power up resources only when needed for energy management, lifecycle extension or security.
The add-on landline modem supports data calls from terminal devices using the CLI, and direct dial from a tone telephone for simple on/off control when more sophisticated means are not available. Voice modem also allows phone dial tone control with voice response (Basic functions only)
Setup and Control functions can be linked to any SNMP v2c compatible manager. The iBoot-PDU MIB is downloadable from the website. Reports to syslog server.
The dashboard provides clear status indication of each outlet, current draw across all inputs and alarm trigger status Multiple PDUs can be managed from a single web page. Slect one or more outlets and reboot or switch power.
Monitor critical parameters and take corrective action immediately. Build complex notification and reporting for environmental, power and network faults. Set trigger points and create sequences of responses to keep your network up and running.
The soptisticated AutoPing feature detects downtime in critical systems and automatically reboots whenever needed.
Multiple PDUs can be managed from a single dashboard. The Global view is a compressed presentation for controling all the PDUs from a single page.
