Standard Warranty Extended to 3 Years

We’ve been reviewing our repair and service history and realized that our products (and customers!) deserve a better warranty. We have upgraded all our standard products to a 3 year warranty!

Here’s what you can expect from Dataprobe, effective April 1, 2014:

• 1-30 days – Advanced Replacement with New Unit
• 31-90 days – Replacement with New Unit (requires prior return)
• 91 days-3 years – Repair or replacement with Factory Refurbished Unit.
